UKG, a leading provider of HR, payroll, workforce management, and culture solutions, today announced it is introducing modified versions of UKG Bryte, UKG Great Place To Work Hub, and UKG One View to the UKG Ready HR Suite.
By bringing these three innovative, value-driven applications to the all-in-one UKG Ready suite, leaner teams can take advantage of new workplace insights to drive employee engagement and productivity.
“We’ve taken three of UKG’s most novel tools that enterprise customers love and tailored them to make them easy and ready to use for smaller teams,” said Chris Kiklas, vice president of UKG Ready product management at UKG. “By doing so, we’re making it simple for our Ready customers to get next-generation insights into their business that were once only available to complex enterprises, so they can simplify and transform their operations even further.”
The UKG Ready suite is designed to help small and mid-sized customers automate critical processes like payroll, simplify workflows like onboarding, and remain compliant with ever-changing labor regulations through scheduling and timekeeping. Bringing these three popular and advanced applications to the UKG Ready suite will empower lean HR teams to act on previously unearthed workforce data through:
- UKG Ready Bryte Assist, a powerful AI-assisted search within the Ready suite, will let employees and managers ask questions about company policies and procedures as well as how to complete different processes, like taking time off or processing payroll.
- UKG Ready Great Place To Work Hub will provide managers with actionable insights and recommendations to guide them along the journey to becoming a great workplace and ensure organizations of all sizes have the opportunity to deliver a great workplace culture.
- UKG Ready One View — which helped UKG earn the prestigious Global Payroll Supplier of the Year award from the Global Payroll Association — will assist organizations in simplifying and streamlining their multi-country payroll processes by increasing pay accuracy and providing real-time insights into global payroll data.
“Initially, we had planned to build a chat bot to help answer questions more quickly, and the functionality is already available with UKG Bryte,” said Ann Christenson, CHRO, Aimbridge Hospitality, which uses UKG Bryte as part of their UKG Pro® suite experience to save their HR team time when supporting 45,000 U.S. hourly employees. “Having a partner who can anticipate our needs and is always there with the right solutions at the right time truly speaks to the value of our UKG partnership.”
Even before adding these highly anticipated applications to the suite, UKG Ready earned a spot on the Constellation ShortList™ for SMB HCM Suites with a North American Focus, won four TrustRadius 2024 Top Rated Awards, and was named a Leader in the Nucleus Research SMB HCM Technology Value Matrix 2024
Leveraging applications like Bryte, Great Place To Work Hub, and One View are all part of a strategy to use HR technology to make a difference for employees and deliver previously undiscovered data insights to the business, which will be discussed in two UKG sessions at HR Tech 2024 in Las Vegas from September 24-26:
- AI: The Good, The Bad, and The Unknown — Wednesday, September 25 at 10:45 a.m. PT in the Reed DF Ballroom.
- Becoming an Employee Experience Leader for Frontline Workers with UKG® Solutions — Thursday, September 26 at 11:15 a.m. PT in Demo Theater 1.
In addition to these sessions at HR Tech, attendees can stop by UKG booth #8500 for a demo of UKG Solutions and create a self-portrait with an AI-powered SketchBot.
